Our Founder Juanita Marry

Accession Distribution Training Center
Juanita Marry is the Founder, President and CEO of Accession Distribution and Training. She started Accession in 2012, bringing more than 30 years of warehousing and logistical operations management experience. Juanita served her country for more than 22 years and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. As a disabled veteran, Juanita currently serves in the United States Army Reserve as a Deputy Logistic Officer TRADDOC School, supervising over $400 million dollars in supplies and vehicles and managing operations of over 100 staffed personnel for 500,000 sq. ft. distribution center.

Juanita’s passion for logistics led her to begin her own Logistics Warehouse. She began her venture teaching forklift training renting a warehouse of a nonprofit organization. Juanita currently houses her warehouse and logistics program in a 35,000 sq. ft building in the Clayton County area. Her program offers forklift and warehouse logistics targeted at veterans, at-risk youth and the formerly incarcerated. Her vision is to bridge the gap between the school house and the jail house, by offering training and development for those not suited for or that have no interest in college, but have the desire to earn a livable wage. Juanita plans to have a full services logistics trade school that is affordable and offers the undeserved training needed to earn livable wages. Accessions offers such trade certifications as forklift, warehousing, construction hauling and heavy equipment but plans to add tow truck driving, HVAC, tractor trailer driving.

Juanita Marry is an active member in the community and her church, and spends much of her spare time volunteering and teaching. Attended and graduated from Saint Leo University.
